However, if such information is required, we undertake to process it under the strictest security measures to ensure its confidentiality, in accordance with Article 9 of the LAW. Your express consent will be required for the processing of sensitive personal data, and you will therefore be asked in advance whether you agree to such processing.

Sensitive data that may exceptionally be requested may include biometric data (fingerprints for the purpose of identifying you and verifying your identity in connection with the provision of services and future transactions carried out with INDUSTRIAS BERNAL CANTON S.A. Purpose

8. ARCO RIGHTS

These are the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Objection, which the Data Subject, employee or collaborator, and suppliers may exercise in connection with the processing of their personal data.

To exercise such rights, you must follow the procedure established for the exercise of ARCO Rights in this Privacy Notice.

9. MEANS AND PROCEDURE FOR EXERCISING ARCO RIGHTS AND/OR REVOKING CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The exercise of these rights must be made in writing and addressed to INDUSTRIAS BERNAL CANTON S.A. DE C.V., and must include at least the following:

  • Full name and address of the user, or indication of another means through which the response may be communicated;
  • A clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which any of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or objection are to be exercised;

Once the response has been provided within the aforementioned period, INDUSTRIAS BERNAL CANTON S.A. DE C.V. will have 15 (fifteen) business days to carry out the access, rectification, cancellation, or objection of the personal data in accordance with the request.
